Hey it's off season...lol

If you had to pick one game, next season, that has the biggest possibility, for an "upset", which would you choose?

Today, just today, I'd probably pick Penn State. Just because of the emotion his players will feel in trying to send Joe Pa out on a great note.

By game time I may be predicting Bama 48-6.

But for right now......it's the off season...and that's the game that stands out to me.

And you?

sip

Fear? Fear?!?!? Man, what you talking??? :D

I think that Ark could be a very tough game for us although I don't think that we would ever overlook that game. (Not that this staff will ever overlook a game). But I think that UF will still be a tough game for us even with TT gone, Uf's coaching staff coupled with the talent that Meyer is bringing in every year is going to make them a very formidable opponent for years to come. Not to mention that UF fans think that there is not going to any drop off now that TT is gone .

I'm going to say florida. It is all up to cum what the out come might be. If he is out Alabama will win easily. If he is on the sideline then it could be a very good game.:)

My "ripe for upset" pick: Tennessee. Yup. Picking 'em this year just as I did last year, and for the same reason. They're our 8th game in a row without a bye; and TN will becoming off a bye week. (As will almost all of our SEC rivals..:mad2: ) We'll be beat up and worn down when the TN game rolls around. And it's in Knoxville.

Two games that have upset potential.
USC with be on the road after UF
UT at the end of another long SEC stretch of games after a bye as of now

But, on the other hand, do y'all think that when other fans see Bama on their schedule, they say "Oh crap, we gotta play Bama". IOW, have we reached that point where nobody wants to play us, or at least to the point where they feel like a whooping is looming?

Tennessee's roster does not bode well for an upset of us. They could be starting a former walk-on on the O-line. I'll be surprised if The Viles win 6 games next year, and thrilled if they don't.

I'll take USCe as the "ripe for upset" pick. I don't like having to go to Columbia. I like going to Death Valley less, but Lester will find a way to lose that game. :biggrin2:

Fear? None. Show no fear. THey should be "concerned" about every game, and with so many opponents having bye weeks before us, any could be dangerous. Hopefully they will continue to take things one game at a time and consider all games serious, esp. since each team will be gunning for the REIGNING NATIONAL CHAMPIONS and also trying to smack down our winning streak.

Whoa, let's not get ahead of ourselves. One game at a time my friends. We still have the A Day game to make it though!;)

i worry about penn state the most, because if clark comes back as qb, they will have the most experienced qb, and rb to play us early in the season.

Isn't Clark finished at Happy Valley? If not, he'll be getting at least his 11th letter next season.
