Worst Halftime Show Ever

What I find amazing is the big networks are concerned about "morality" and such that they've scrawled out a rule the they can fine any "artist" (and I use that term looely) $500.000.00 for lewd (or "lude", as in qualude) conduct and pretty much at their sole descretion. Anyone listening to the lyrics to some of the crap being mouthed during the halftime show could easily pick out " I want to lay you down on the floor...etc". It actually doesn't bother me in the least. I'm for the 1st Amendment all the way but how 'bout a little consistency. There should also be massive fines for bad taste, but I guess that can't be regulated.

Hey, nobody's forcing you to click the link. I put it there for the people, like me, who missed the halftime show and were wondering what the hoopla was about.

Ashley ain't jessica. Her sister gets me in trouble jessica is too hot but ashley is so wrong.I hate halftime productions. Lets the Bands play and stop there. The bands have been with them the whole season and they have gone to the school too. I hate the superbowl and I hate janet jackson and her exploding bra. Keep it simple stupid. Let the schools represent with their bands and leave it at that.

I'm glad to see that I was not the only one that thought it was the worse ½ time show ever. Last night I thought that I must be getting old and this is what the young people like. I hated to see Trace Atkins be part of it. He is a better performer than last nights show. Some sound system problems does not excuse the other acts imo.

That is exactly what my stance was last night after watching the show. My wife, who has extreme amounts of singing talent and is VERY attractive at that, can't get some one to even listen to her but yet someone like AS can ride her sister's coattails and do an album when:
A. She can't sing
B. She is unattractive

It KILLS me! But you know what......I feel special in that I get to hear my wife sing daily and I get to sleep next to her too. That is worth more than the money AS gets for lip-synching.

Has anyone ever wondered why the sound couldn't go out on the microphone instead of the background music?

And for the record, I'm 23 and no, this is not the stuff my peers or myself listen to. I've seen links to articles all over the internet today about how awful she was. When will it ever end?
