I think there are a few easy ones, Henry at RB, Reichard at K, Scott at P, but man a lot of them are really hard.
WR, OL, DL, LB, and DB are impossible.

QB isn’t so hard… it’s either Bryce or Tua. Arguments can be made for AJ or Mac but IMO AJ wasn’t as talented as his successors, and then Mac had only the one season. It was a glorious one season, but Bryce and Tua had 2 or more. Bryce won the Heisman, Tua should have.

Anyway, one thing is certain. No other coach could produce an all-tenure team of the caliber Coach Saban could at Alabama. Maybe, maybe, Bobby Bowden at FSU. But Saban/Alabama would win on depth.

This is impossible for a few positions but here is my shot. I cheated by having 12 on O and 12 on D.

Also, if we were to bet on someone who is not currently on this list but will be by the end of their career I'd go with Downs. It's too early to put him on but it feel similar to Will Anderson's freshman year to me. Downs is on his way to being on this list if he stays healthy.

I hated leaving Landon Dickerson off, but I had to go Kelly at center. The ones I highlighted I feel like should be unanimous, but even those could probably be debated. The OTs for me were the hardest. I tried to look at this not just from who had the best stats or most hardware, but who had the biggest moments. For instance, I took Ridley over Jeudy for that reason. Julio just never had that big moment in a huge game outside of the catch and run against LSU in 2009.

Julio, starting with his recruitment, was key to Saban changing the image and expectation of Alabama football. He is an incredible talent who could have gone anywhere, and his competitiveness and work ethic helped set the standard for 2008 and all the years to come. What he may not have had in big moments he makes up for in overall impact. He set records as it is being "the man" but if he had somebody like Tua throwing to him with Ridley or Cooper on the other side, I can only imagine.

Yes I hated leaving him off mine. And really I should have done a 3 WR alignment and added him but I went traditional with two backs, a TE, and two WRs.
