I know this might be understood already, but has anybody noticed the barners NOT running their mouths over the summer? Is everybody else enjoying their silence as much as I am?

I guess that's what 36-0 will do for ya. Roll Tide!

But unfortunately bragging about their Iron Bowl victories has been replaced with accusing us of being cheaters. I knew once we ended the streak they would return to their old ways.
 
I have a co-worker that is a big barn fan. He is busy saying we will have a losing season this year. According to him Bama always has a losing season following a 10 win season, I just laugh and tell him good thing we had a 12 win season.
 
I still read many references to the streak. I wish Alabama could open the season against Auburn, crush them, and then begin a streak of its own. I know I am being impatient, but as long as they can continue to wave that in my face, it gets to me. If all they can do next summer is talk about conspiracy theories, I will be a very happy person.
 
It's sorta like the year we " Stole their Manhood". all they could talk about was how the refs let our OLine hold all game long. Bunch of crybabies:)

there are stil some talking, trust me, all i heard from barners at work is wait til' we beat you with our 5-19 coach LOL.....all i can do is laugh at them because it seems like they never talk about their own team, they are obsessed with Bama and saban n co. LOL
 
The barners here at work have been quiet for the last ten months. I love it! It seems to me that some are so obsessed with Alabama, they would rather see us lose than to see their own team win. :biggrin2: Poor souls... :biggrin2:
 
Silence is Crimson. Our only barner fan at work has transfered to his next command in San Diego CA. Now the USC fans can welcome him. He left with a copy of the Birmingham News showing Alabama Players Celebrating after the 36-0 beat down. My gift to him for making excuse after excuse. It is great being an Alabama Fan. :BigA:

The look on his face after opening his going away gift was Priceless. ;)

1996 10-3
1997 4-7

1999 10-3
2000 3-8

2002 10-3
2003 4-9

2005 10-2
2006 6-7

2008 12-2
2009 Let's hope the streak is over!!!!!!!!!!!

A losing season? Only if we lose all of our starters, assistant coaches and Nick Saban. The possibility of that is a lot less than slim. Barners are in for another long season.

Well, he was right in 3 cases, but he was wrong about the other TWENTY SIX times we have won 10 or more games in a season. :p_green:

Holding? The barn defensive line spent too much time on their rear to be held. Those are called pancakes. I guess its hard to understand that when your idea of proper offensive line technique involves taking out opposing teams' knees.

Even if we actually were cheating I wonder what this is called??? I think they call it "class" down there.
 
Yeah, they're quiet now, but let them beat La. Tech and you'll hear them talk about how great they'll be. Let them win that one and the MSU game, and they'll start ordering rings. Poor barners. And to think my brother is one of them.

Just like last season. Wasn't every game before the MSU game a shining example of how successful their Wild Spread Eagle offense was? Then they almost gave away the game to MSU by allowing a safety.

They're literally running around with their heads cut off. Like I said before in another thread, they have become, for all of our enjoyment, the gift that keeps on giving.
