Spoke to my family member today. He told me the coaches were more worried about the Auburn game than this one. That is not to say that they think lightly of UF, but they are more prepared - focused.

I will be honest, I see us losing this one, but I thought I'd pass it on to you guys to make of it what you want and perhaps give you guys some confidence.

I know how it is reading forums and seeing people with "sources", so just take it all at face value as this is third hand to me and then passed on through Tidefans.

I told you last week and told you that we have been prepping for UF since day 1 (the entire offseason and small parts of practice all year).

The only other TINY nugget of info that I have for you (AS OF TODAY) is that the coaching staff feels good about Rolo coming back for his senior season. It's a long way away for his final decision, but right now, they think he's coming back.

I have no other info, but like always feel free to PM me, I enjoy talking to all of you AND ROLL TIDE ROLL

All of your info is accurate.

If that's the case, we'll have a '93 Sugar Bowl-type day.

Saban and the boys are hungry for this. I don't see us losing this game.

But if Tiffin has to win the game for us tomorrow...well, lets just say that MAALOX will get some good bidness from the Heart of Dixie!

Heretic!

You see us losing, and yet are trying to make us have confidence in the same stroke. And speaking of strokes... *faint*

I was trying to convey that I understand if you don't believe it, because I have difficulty myself believing the information. I guess it could also be seen as a catchall if for some reason we do get "blown out" somehow, I can save a little face by saying "well I told you I thought we would lose". :)

You say our team is confident and yet you believe we will lose based on what you've heard. Are they confident about losing? Im confused.

I love this board!

WORTH EVERY PENNY! :biggrin2:

My reasonable side says Bama's got a real uphill climb tomorrow, but like HSV256 said, it wouldn't shock me to see Bama come out with just a mack-daddy gameplan that gets UF really off-balance. Fingers crossed.

Also, very interesting on Rolando. For his sake, I would hope he'd go if he's a first-round lock. For my sake, I'd sure love to see #25 busting heads in Crimson next year, too. :)

Easy up on Leigh please he is a friend. He has done a great job for us..People need to forget Arkansas......

By the way, SoldierforTide, I hadn't noticed your name here for a while, so I looked at your stats and saw your "homecoming" post from a few weeks back. Welcome back, thank you for your service, and congrats on your son. My little guy to the left arrived back in April (pic is way out of date, now, though -- they change so fast :)).

They should be. I have believed all along UF is in for a shock.

Expect him to go. Want him to stay. Had a really awesome night tonight but you just made it that much better.

ROLL TIDE ROLL!

Thanks for the info Solider!

I have a degree of confidence, not cocky, but confident. I just believe in these guys and have since about game 4 or so. It's our time! Roll Tide Roll !!! :BigA:

I think we're past the point of asking people to ease up on him.

He's one of the best Alabama kickers of all time and he's one of the best kickers in the country this year. What more can you ask of a player at any given position?

If people want to evaluate Tiffin, they only need to look at the UT game. 12-10 and he account for all the points including a 50 yarder. I don't know if I could expect that type of performance of any other kicker in the country.

1. Ro coming back may have more to do with a prescedent set by Mt Cody, who came back this year, when he could have been a 1st rd'er last year.

2. Leigh is a great kicker......and I'm very glad he's wearing our jersey and not theirs.....

3. Tebow has gotten that "where the heck am I?" look in his eyes on a few occasions in the last few weeks, if you watch his face in the huddles. I think that's why they are running more option than they have, as I think his ability to look off first reads isn't nearly as good as it was......with that said, I'm looking for Mr Anders and Mr Reamer to wrap up those legs and put him on the ground.

Florida won't blow us out......but, yes, we could destroy them, if the cards fall right.........

My cue is CNS's words and demeanor; didn't see the video on any pressers this week, but read the transcript from yesterday's interview at the dome.
I have not yet, since he has been at Bama, seen him in a positive mood when Bama lost the following game; sure, it could happen, and the Barn could win a(nother) National Championship, too...just sayin...
From what I have read, and from what I have heard of the pressers...my gut tells me Bama wins. It's not homerism; I was not as nervous before the Barn game as I should have been, because all the signs were there. I was a little nervous before the game with the orange puke, because the signs were there.
The signs are not there this week for a Bama loss; in fact, all the signs actually point to a Bama win (some, like yours truly, see the proliferation of signs as a big Bama win).
