He is a scum bag! It's a shame that a really good player has to stoop to his dirty kind of play! We absolutley MUST man up and beat those barners! Let them go to Atlanta thinking...."man if we could have only beaten the Tide."
Hey with aubarn they could fine the players with the kind of cash they are bringing in.![]()
I'm pretty sure you have to sit out a complete game..as in 4 quarters. Since it happened in the 4th quarter I think they sit the whole game. Plus the SEC office will evaluate the situation. I know players on my team had to sit for a full game for fighting against Jax St players.

Both were ejected for fighting. Because it happened in the second half of this game, according to the NCAA rulebook, both players will have to sit out the first half of the next game against Alabama.
the SEC should suspend him for that late hit. He led with his head.
Right now the SEC is doing all it can to protect Auburn. What makes you think they are going to levy any fines or suspensions???
I posted on Facebook how Fairley is a dirty player. I mentioned how classless the end of that game was. The Aubs seem to think that all the players were doing was standing up for the "Family".

someone find the approximate time that late hit occured and I'll fax it to the SEC office everyday this week.
Did anyone else notice when Fairley raked his facemask into Murray's chin after one play was over. He was definately trying to open it up. The annoucer noticed it too and made some lame "I think their facemasks got hung up" comment or something like that.
I know that I am in the minority, but I like my defensive linemen mean and nasty. I'll take a few late hit penalties along with the sacks and disrupted plays. Fairley is a beast and I would love to see him in Crimson and White.
That said, the late hit where he put his helmet in the middle of Murray' back was over the top.
