Their fans deserve it leaving down by 10 in the fourth. I am sorry, but I have zero pity for them. I made a .gif image years ago after we beat them 31-0 during Coach Saban's first season. Each quarter, a quarter of the fans left. By the end of the 4th. the place probably had 20,0000 at most. I think that loss from Alabama, our loud as heck fans, and just the aura, left an impression on him that Bama was Bama, the tradition and all. We had more fans in the stadium at game end. See if I can find it.

When did we ever beat them 31-0? And certainly not saban's first year.

Coach Saban's first year at LSU was 2000, we lost to LSU in Baton Rouge that year. It was 2002 when we blanked LSU in Baton Rouge.

What a quick fall from grace for LSU. Two weeks ago #2 undefeated and everyone loved them for playoff. Now 2 consecutive defeats and no hope. LSU can lose more games from here too.

I think knowing that we did beat a coach Saban team 31-0 is more important than findi9ng out after the fact that it was his 2nd year lol!
