I'm excited about this game. Unbeaten vs. unbeaten for the championship which is something that never happens in the NFL, which is why I love college football so much.

Roll Tide!

Definitely ready for the game after reading and listening to analysis all week.

I follow the NFL pretty closely and for the most part it’s a one score league. There really are no upsets because the talent is so equal across the teams, at least compared to really every other professional and collegiate sport. This game is very much like a NFL game in terms of the talent parity, similar to the Georgia game. Regardless of who wins, I just don’t think it will be an upset. Nor do I think it will be more than a one score win.

With that said, and this is true in the NFL as well to some extent, some teams just know how to win, and I think that’s who we are and have been under Saban.

Good to see the medical staff continuing to do what's best for the player.
In never upset by these decisions from the players health perspective. And if nothing else, this HAS to be something that I'd use as a recruiting tool on the trail.

"Biggest game of the year, here's video of him practicing the week of, and we STILL sat him because your son, Mr/Mrs. X is more important to us than destroying his future for a game."

It's a straight up advertisement that your child will be taken care of at/by the University of Alabama.

Listening to the pressers yesterday and the combined presser today. I heard Dabo express his love for Alabama, growing up there, his grandparents house in Ensley, coaching and playing in Tuscaloosa for 13 years. I heard him drop a reference only an Alabamaian would understand, Eastaboga St. I’m sure the National press are still trying to figure that one out. I realized that when Nick moves on, and the if job is offered, Dabo would jump at the chance. He has said he wasn’t really interested because of what he has at Clemson. But he would be out the door at Clemson before he hits end on his phone! I know a lot of Bama fans would not be happy , I for one would want to go some where else for a coach, but If it turned out that way, I would be behind him!

Dabo is deeply entrenched at Clemson. He isn't going anywhere (IMO).

I thought that as well ,but listening to him tell the stories, I wouldn’t be so sure about that.

Why wouldn't you want him? Is it the locker room antics?

Saban and Alabama are about to face Dabo and Clemson for all the marbles so...

ETA: I am just so ready for this game.

So if my flight out of Phoenix is representative of the distribution we will be outnumbered ten to one by Clemson fans. Sigh. The lone Bama fan on a plane full of Clemson fans

Oh, I think he would, but the window is closing. He'll be 50 later this year. With Saban, he wouldn't have left Miami at 56, except he was deeply unhappy with the way things had worked out with Wayne H. Age was probably the main factor in turning down the mega-millions from Texas. If Dabo is still at Clemson at age 55, I doubt seriously that he considers leaving...
