No offense to Saban, mainly because he's said as much too, but I don't think he knows what to do other than coach at this juncture. He's lived a cleaner life than Bryant so I think he's going to coach well into his 70s at this juncture. Definitely seems like the younger crop of great coaches have been far more willing to take it to the house. Bob Stoops, Mark Richt, and Urban Meyer are all in their mid to late 50s yet they seemed poised to hang it up for good. I'd expect the same for Dabo especially since he seems to have some passions/hobbies that could fill the void football leaves behind. Nick Saban is just from a different background than a lot of these guys and maybe he's just wired a bit differently too.
