The fourth clause says the VP and a majority of the cabinet can vote that he is unable to perform his duties and remove him from office.

It was intended to deal with a situation where the president is in a coma, but there are no specific guidelines in the amendment as to what defines “unable to perform duties”.

If JoeBiden is guilty of high crimes and misdemeanors I don’t care if he gets boiled in oil. This is a distraction or diversion.

Our president gave information to a foreign country that could be used to extort our president. That’s illegal.

The president withheld money for aid that had been appropriated by Congress until after he had asked the Ukrainian president for a “favor.” This is subject to interpretation BUT there was an effort by the WH staff to coverup the phone transcript by placing it in the most top secret server in the country. Why would they put this phone transcript into the most secretive server unless they were trying to hide it from public view?

The smoking gun was provided by the WH yesterday when they made the transcript public.

This is so similar to Watergate where the break in was to gain a political advantage in the upcoming 1972 presidential election. The coverup was the downfall of Nixon.

It’s all in black and white and the snowball is going to keep getting bigger. Trump has been caught red handed.

Except for the inconvenient truth that whether you like it or not, there was an investigation done by a REPUBLICAN head of the FBI - and he came to a decision to not prosecute. So.....there was an investigation.....

I have no qualm with what happens to whomever. IF there is a Democratic candidate who did essentially the same thing as Trump did then that individual needs to be crushed by heavy stones just as Trump does. (At this point, I've not seen anything that justifies this).


However, let me note some critical differences with "but Biden" and "but Hillary" from this case:

1) their chief lawyer wasn't dumb enough to go on CNN and ADMIT to it
2) the principals themselves never admitted to it even before the investigation
3) neither Biden nor Hillary ever insinuated that the whistle blower should be killed (which no innocent person would have done)

Here's another thing that may be hard for some of Cult 45 to process (no reflection on present company) - Hillary and Biden (and many others) had enough to sense to listen to their lawyers and shut their damn cakeholes; this guy listens to nobody because he's the smartest man who ever lived in his own mind. Indeed, he no doubt feels that Jesus Christ didn't accomplish all that much nor did Guttenberg or Alexander the Great compared to Donald J Trump.

I'm no shrink, but I have studied a lot of psychology and the definition of delusional psychosis ("false, fixed beliefs that are not open to reinterpretation") never had a better example than our current President.

The burden of proof in any argument is upon the one making the claim. You can believe that all day long, but as soon as you try and disparage others for not believing, it becomes your responsibility to prove that things are the way you say they are.
