Yea I think this guy will be ok because I think he has the right attitude. He just has to trust the process. He’s a southern kid But Texas recruits are usually hit or miss. They play at high level in high school but then get to college and most that I’ve seen they significantly underachieve for some reason. None of the DBs we got out of Texas has planned out imo. Ashawn Robinson is the only recruit from Texas that has really succeeded at Bama.
Yea auburn having Morris is huge for them, hopefully we can make him feel more of a priority because he definitely is a priority. He’s mean blocker good pad level. He makes contested catches and reminds me of gronk.
Jaylen Waddle screams HELLO. Point taken but definitely wanted to single him out as an outlier. Deonte Thompson played well in stretches for us.

DS is probably going to be a fan favorite for this class. Sometimes tells me he is a heat seeker much like Reuben Foster was. Thinking he’ll be instant energy all the time.
Oh yes I forgot about those guys and waddle is a beast he was the main recruit I wanted that year. But tony brown on the other hand couldn’t cover a sole. To be such a good looking athlete he was tremendously stiff. Never got a jam on WRs. He never anticipated well he was content with only doing his job and that was it. His awareness wasn’t good everybody in the world seen that pick play coming against Clem hurts first year. Overall there was always way too much space between him and the wr. I was glad he was gone. Lol
Well he was good enough to start for the Packers for a few games. So, he’s better than 99% of all those who have played this game.
Yea no use in complaining about him now he’s gone I just wish he would made more plays ya know even for his sake he probably would’ve gotten drafted. Hes one of the only defensive starters on those teams without a ton of plays made, pick 6s none of that. That’s why he went undrafted. He worked out good so he got a chance made the most of it congrats to him. He was targeted by teams left a ton of plays Unmade reminds me of myself in college I was always in the area but rarely made a play.
QB Brock Van Dergriff decommitted from Oklahoma yesterday. He’s a 5 star. Is he headed now to Georgia?
Safe bet, he’s from Georgia. It would be difficult to bet against them. Maybe Mullen or Muschamp can make Kirby work for him.
2021 kid so who knows right now, a lot can happen between now and then. Georgia is not even listed as a team of interest on his 247 profile right now so I would say they have some catching up to do.
Love to see UGA get beat by a Georgia QB...Kirby sure can't seem to keep the signal callers in state...BVD,Fields,Lawrence...good thing they have the next XFL MVP behind center for another year...That is the missing piece that Mullen has been looking for...

I hope he stays committed even if Tua comes back. I saw somewhere that his parents were more upset about Bryce signing than he was. If Tua stays, that probably gives Bryce another year, which Drake may not want to deal with. He is a competitor though, so I hope he signs regardless.
Things look very different now than they did a few months ago because of the play of Mac Jones. Then, a whole lot of people assumed that Tua would be in the NFL and that BY would be the starter next year. Now it is clear that BY will have to wait, and he will be 3rd string if Tua comes back. If Tua comes back, will Mac transfer?
With Mac and Tua both playing next year for Alabama, BY gets no snaps. Taulia would likely be the 3rd string QB. That would put Maye and BY on pretty even footing and make the decision easier for Maye to stick with Alabama. Pretty much any other scenario - you lose Maye. Any scenario that provides BY with a decent number of snaps next year would put Maye behind him, but BY would still have at least 2 years to play. Would Maye stick with Alabama and hope to play as a junior or senior?
So, if Tua stays and Mac transfers, you probably lose Maye. If Tua leaves and Mac stays, you probably lose Maye. If both stay, you could keep Maye.
