Link: QB Jake Fromm Declares For The Draft

That could be true, especially after this last season. He’s still 4th on list at Georgia for most passing yards and 3rd for touchdowns. I think he will do fine in NFL if put on the right team. He seems like a great guy all around. I wish him luck. I’m still glad we don’t have to play against him now because he can be very good.

I also hope they don’t find a grad transfer , and if they do, he’s slow at learning everything since we play them early. 😀

Word is they are looking at a grad transfer from Wake Forest named Newman. He is an athletic dual threat QB. David Pollack seems to be very high on him.

Returning SEC QB's for 2020:

SEC West:
Alabama- Mac Jones
Auburn- Bo Nix
LSU- Myles Brennan??
aTm- Kellen Mond
Miss St.- ????
Ole Miss- John Plumlee
Arkansas-????

SEC East:
Georgia-????
Florida-Kyle Trask?
South Carolina-Ryan Hilinski
Missouri-????
Tennessee-????
Vandy-????
Kentucky-????

It's good to be an Alabama fan going into the 2020 season.
I'll be honest, I had to fact check Kellen Mond. Seems like that dude has been playing college ball longer than Donavan McNabb did.

I wonder if he started there? Have not kept up with Wake Forrest. I also saw 2 other QB names on the wish list. I think UGA will get a dual threat QB and change their offense some over the summer.. maybe not to the degree as LSU did, but they will look different when we play them in Sept. Their defense will still be very good.

I am sure as soon as signing day is over and schools have their new coaches in place, (if he's not doing it already), Saban will be watching film on every Georgia player, including the incoming freshman. He will start prepping for USC but probably UGA too.

He was a starter. Average passer (actually seemed to regress throughout the season), decent runner. UGA wouldn't be getting a Russell Wilson, but if they are going to change up the offense, he might be more productive with more talent around him.

I'd like to think so but I'm concerned about how Coach Mullen will include Emory Jones in the process.

I'm not too happy about how things have gone regarding how he's managed our quarterbacks, to be honest.

Maybe I expect too much - but in any event I have concerns. We'll see.....

Other than Trask, he really hasn't had much to work with up until now... (Franks was horrible).

So they are letting the brand new OL coach dictate the offensive policy? Sounds about right.
Georgia fans think Luke will modernize the offense
Is Matt Luke the OC now? 🤔
no, but the dawgs I have talked to are thinking he was brought in to modernize the offense . He is the AHC and on the offensive side of the ball, some think he is having a major influence. I guess it is like Joe Brady is the Passing game coordinator at LSU and Ensminger is the OC, but the offense overall changed dramatically. Wouldn’t be surprised to see Coley leave after next year If the offense doesnt improve, and that will take work after all the losses on O.

I'm just glad he didn't take Plumlee with him...his running ate our lunch last year...and did the same to LSU.

Agreed...We'll all have some film and be better prepared this time around. Though that kid with CLK is a bit scary...

I look for the defense to be much better prepared for him as well..……………...they still don't have much defense out there

I didn't know that Matt Luke was regarded as an Offensive Genius...
