Did you notice Carson coughing into his right hand and scratching his nose? :D Honestly, I’m struggling with it too.
When I was leaving the market this AM, I reached up and rubbed my nose, which was itching. At least, I did do it with the back of my index finger, which hadn't contacted any potentially infected surface...

Well, I went out to our neighborhood market, to reconnoiter, as much as anything. Also, I was running low on wine. :) I was surprised at how few people were there and how much was left, particularly in wine. (There was no ground chuck, though.) A neighbor had posted this AM that the Publix nearby was stripped at 7:00, after having been stocked at 6:00 AM. I was able to get most of what I wanted. Now, I'm a real OCD germaphobe, not like the president. I haven't gripped a cart handle in years. This started over a decade ago, after catching the flu from a food sample at Costco. I lean on the cart and push with my wrists. When I get home, I wipe down all items with an antiseptic wipe. Then I wash my hands thoroughly. This is my regular routine, not something I've just started. I've gone from weird to trending. :) However, after completing my routine and taking my seat here at the computer, I realized that I hadn't washed my wrists where they contacted the cart handle. Damn!, it's hard to think of everything...
Time to disinfect the entire house! 🤪

On a side note, I’ve taken your advice on the DIM and vitamin K-2. I did some reading on both and it was sound advice. I bought a 60 day supply and it’s not expensive. Thank you.

I was at a Publix in the Birmingham area yesterday and the bath tissue section was 100% empty. The paper towels were almost out and the Kleenex and napkins were getting low. They were totally out of hand sanitizer and antibiotic soap.

on a Sunny day, grab a cart from the parking lot. One that looks like it has been there a while. That UV exposure will kill much of whatever the last person may have left. I wear a long sleeve hoodie now and use the sleeve ends to hold the cart till I get into the store and use the wipes that are there for them. Wipe everything down and then do my shopping, grab a wipe or two on the way out and thoroughly clean my hands. Clean the hell out of my hands once I get home, dump the hoodie in the laundry and then clean my phone with alcohol if I used it while out....

At the Montgomery Costco, the line was wrapped around the building to get in 15 minutes before they opened. I was there 30 minutes early, so I was able to grab what I needed and get out of there in about 40 minutes from the time I walked in the store. When I checked out, the cashier estimated a 2 hour wait based on the lines from yesterday. Fortunately, I think I'm now good on provisions for my two week quarantine that will start when my wife gets back from Germany tomorrow.

I pull up my shirt and use the inside from somewhere down around my chest to scratch my face. Actually been in that habit for a while since I try to spend a lot of time with my Dad who is immuno-compromised

did she work out how to get from the Airport? If you need it, Groome transport goes from Hartsfeild to Montgomery/Auburn and a few other places multiple times per day. We've used them to get close to my wifes families place at lake martin for visiting family

I use their wipes but I don't trust them, hence using my wrists. The disinfectant doesn't work immediately. I hadn't thought about hoodie sleeves. That's not bad. At Costco, unlike Publix, the carts sit out in the sun and rain. I use the alcohol wipes for my phone also...

I preach it every chance I get. I can send you a video of my now-healthy right coronary artery to back up the K-2 claims and my PSA to back up the DIM... :)
