Well, I went out to our neighborhood market, to reconnoiter, as much as anything. Also, I was running low on wine.

I was surprised at how few people were there and how much was left, particularly in wine. (There was no ground chuck, though.) A neighbor had posted this AM that the Publix nearby was stripped at 7:00, after having been stocked at 6:00 AM. I was able to get most of what I wanted. Now, I'm a real OCD germaphobe, not like the president. I haven't gripped a cart handle in years. This started over a decade ago, after catching the flu from a food sample at Costco. I lean on the cart and push with my wrists. When I get home, I wipe down all items with an antiseptic wipe. Then I wash my hands thoroughly. This is my regular routine, not something I've just started. I've gone from weird to trending.

However, after completing my routine and taking my seat here at the computer, I realized that I hadn't washed my wrists where they contacted the cart handle. Damn!, it's hard to think of everything...
