If it's a delayed start, the logistics of rescheduling the missed games would be pretty tough. Some could possibly get rescheduled but many, for instance Bama-USC, probably could not get done.
Even heard a suggestion of moving the entire season to next spring. Thereby, giving us two football seasons in one year I guess.

Yeah, if it's delayed by a month to October they could still play a full season. If it's delayed till next spring they could play a full season. The only situation where maybe they couldn't would be if they wait till November because then they'd have to be playing games in places like Ann Arbor MI or Madison WI in January with bitterly cold and snowy conditions.
I voted delayed start with shortened season because we just don't know what will happen if the "epicenter" shifts to another city in the country.
I think there is about a 25-30% chance we have college football at all in 2020. I think the NFL will play a ~10 game season. However, NCAA is very risk-averse and, unless a vaccine is found by July 4, they're not going to take the risk. I also think we'll be doing online classes until Jan 2021. I hope and pray I'm wrong on all accounts.

I say normal start. I'm being optimistic but I think things are starting to trend in the right direction.
If things aren't where we want them, it is possible there could be games without fans for a few weeks? Schools lose money but at least the TV revenue still will be there.

You are most likely correct although we all are hoping for a better outcome. Some parts of the country will probably not be opened up by July 4th while other parts will be pretty much back to business as usual, but the NCAA will not start a season with just some of the areas open and not all. There will be no vaccine this year and possibly next, especially one available nation wide to every one.
My question is if there is no college football season this coming year will the NFL have no draft next spring? You will have juniors this year who opted to come back for another season that will not have played another season along with all the other seniors who may be draft eligible that have had no season to show scouts anything of their possible worth. Then there is sophomores that will be 3 years from high school that might would otherwise be coming out too. And if colleges have no season what about high schools?
We worry about saving lives from this virus by social distancing but we should also take into consideration the lives that could be lost from it as well. How will this social distancing affect our younger generation that's life depends on such things as sports and social contact? There is no vaccine for that either.
I expect 2021 to be altogether different than 2020. If my prediction holds, the NCAA will make the Seniors have another year of eligibility just like they did for spring sports this year. This isn't a "forever" lockdown. 2020 may be a bust but ingenuity will find us a way to overcome what, over the last month, has seemed like years of our lives! Testing, treatment(s), and vaccine(s) is what will get us back to a new normal. Meanwhile, FS1 had the Braves 4/9/19 game on last night. I'm assuming they'll show games from last year's same date until we have live games. That helps me enormously (even knowing how it all ends)

The Athlete's can't even work out right now unless they have a home gym and are dedicated enough to do it without the S&C coach screaming at them 24/7
Nobody will have been able to go through spring practice and maybe not even summer voluntary work.
All players and especially new Freshmen will be majorly unprepared for a new season and most will not in any way be near in playing shape.
It's tempting fate for disastrous injuries to happen everywhere just to have 1 season.
Take care of the players 1st and let's make sure we get Covid-19 under control and hope 2021 can be a normal full season.

If we play, all teams are basically bound by the same limitations in terms of preparedness.
The first few games might not be as "sharp" as we are used to, but if they can have the time to do proper conditioning I believe programs can get it done (this is assuming teams can reconvene in July sometime).
Aside from football, if we are still limited to gather in stadiums this fall (which means the virus is still a huge risk) our society is going to suffer some serious psychological conditions. And, I hate to imagine a whole year without football in our culture. It'll be bad!
Delayed start of the season...Bama forfeits the first 2 games because we gave our players Fitbits and Dabo didn't.
This will be reminiscent of the old days. Some of you guys remember when the reporting date arrived and there were always a few players that arrived overweight. Right from the beginning they're in the dog house. No summer workouts. Everyone went home with a workout plan, a reporting weight, and a speed that was expected when they came back. This is going to be like deja vu all over again.

No way they allow 100K in the stadium and another 150K outside on the quad. Could change if a vaccine is available, but even the Oxford one isn't expected until September, and that assumes everything goes perfectly.

Well, the OP did not specify that there would be fans in the seats - just games played.
Don’t think you are. We’re close to a year away from a commercially available vaccine, and 6 months away from just having comprehensive testing
