IMHO it's not really that far off if you're saying that it matters that everyone else played 9+ games and tOSU played 6. If they played outside the scare coalition conference and had been able to apply a reasonable quarantine period, they could have played 10. They didn't and should be treated as such. Talent wise they're top 5; "Body of work" wise, they're not.

I think a lot of people agreed with him because OSU shouldn't have qualified with only six games. Now, I'm sure OSU will use it as motivation. Any smart coach would tell his guys that the other team doesn't respect you, yada, yada yada. I'm guessing Ryan Day won't miss that opportunity.

I get how you are interpreting it but what I was trying to say, poorly I guess, is that if someone tried to council Dabo that he was being too prideful, he would reject their council because he didn’t believe he was prideful at all.
