I guess me spending more time on the basketball board than football is showing.Oh, it is on this site. Been that way for a while now...ole coach KA from Pelham.
In true Coach Karen fashion...Put it on a T-Shirt!That's hilarious. Coach Karen Awshucks needs to become a thing.
I agree. I'm surprised more people aren't giving him an awshucks attaboy.IMHO it's not really that far off if you're saying that it matters that everyone else played 9+ games and tOSU played 6. If they played outside the scare coalition conference and had been able to apply a reasonable quarantine period, they could have played 10. They didn't and should be treated as such. Talent wise they're top 5; "Body of work" wise, they're not.
Here's Dabo's final ranking:

I think you meant humility. So maybe he can defend it by saying "it's honestly how I feel." Yet it's "cut your nose off to spite your face" level of stupidity.
"All things are lawful, but not all things are expedient." Why give your next opponent, who is very good in their own right, so much bulletin board material. If hubris slapped Dabo in the face, he wouldn't know what hit him.
That sounds like the precise amount of petty required, to me!If am Ohio State and Day I would either want to blow them out or win by exactly 11 points. In fact if up by 5 and you score a TD, take a knee instead of kicking the PAT. Is that too petty?
An illegal pick play on the last play of the game?I hope he loses in the most gut wrenching way.
Now that you mention it, he does seem like he'd be a good guy with which to share a few beers...and maybe it's just me, but Kelly often sounds like he just hopped off a barstool after a few hours at the local pub.
FIFYThere’s not much OSU can do about it. I want Clemson to spank them. Karen is lookg for his 3rd title in 5 years and I want him to get it because I want to be right.
I think a lot of people agreed with him because OSU shouldn't have qualified with only six games. Now, I'm sure OSU will use it as motivation. Any smart coach would tell his guys that the other team doesn't respect you, yada, yada yada. I'm guessing Ryan Day won't miss that opportunity.Maybe some locker room material for Ohio State. Although I don't think it matters. Clemson will handle them easily.

I get how you are interpreting it but what I was trying to say, poorly I guess, is that if someone tried to council Dabo that he was being too prideful, he would reject their council because he didn’t believe he was prideful at all.I think you meant humility.
Unless you were going for a "can't see himself in the mirror" kind of thing.
But even then, the fact that he ranked ND #3 is telling.IMHO it's not really that far off if you're saying that it matters that everyone else played 9+ games and tOSU played 6.
