I had heard a few months ago he sold his home in Boca and bought one in Jupiter Island, but had no idea it was that expensive. It looks great. If I win the lottery, I plan to buy a beach home. Maybe I will get one near him instead of around Destin as I had planned.

I grew up on the Alabama coast. Living on and/or near the beach is inevitably beautiful, if for no other reason than the sunsets/sunrises, depending on the direction you`re facing. There is one psychological hurdle and consideration it`s necessary to keep in mind, however. That is the answer to the question, " Can I handle losing all or part of what I have here? "

IIRC the investment property was bought out by boosters to help CNS out when something went sideways with the deal and he was going to lose big.

Saban had players out on the water this summer again, so I'm assuming they still own their house on LB.
