The problem to me is not necessarily that Milroe wants to run, but that he isn't showing the instincts someone like Hurts had when running.
For instance, on a drive late in the half, he kind of reluctantly runs on third and long even though he had a good chance of a first down if he commits sooner. On the final drive of the half, he kind of starts to run, then almost throws a pick (which on a fluke ended up being a TD called back on a penalty). He had plenty of positive yards in front of him, he just didn't take him.
At this point I could complain about the passing game, but really I'm complaining about the running. That's what he can do well, he needs to do it well though or else I don't see how Alabama wins.
