Meteorologist James Spann now on AL radio broadcast saying that another storm like this one looks likely to happen in the 2nd half. Saying around 30 minutes for this storm before it moves out.

Also said that CNS spoke with him this morning and knew and was prepared for this delay possibility... but not the 3 point USF lead
