Second most to me other than a shock hire like Les Miles or Tommy T. The biggest shocker of relevant coaches to me would be Kirby. UGA native, top of his game at UGA, leaving for the enemy. That would be top shocker imo. Demeco and Sark would be a close 2nd and 3d.

Change "Alabama" & "Alabama" to Florida & FSU and the rest of your statement still applies. Not saying I want the drama he brings but it would still have a shock factor to it.

I don’t think Kiffin can ever be silent or not the center of attention. The only time that could happen is if he was passed out somewhere.

Personally, I would love, love to see a relatively young, up and coming, minority coach get a long look - it would be a really big deal for a job of this magnitude. But other than DeMeco, I cannot immediately think of anyone.. am I missing some obvious names?
