Notre Dame edges Michigan but I was around in 1966 and 1973. Michigan with Hairball was gaining ground though.

Living down in Baldwin County most of my life and working in the service industry I've had to put up with quite a few Michigan transplants. There may be more Michigan fans in South Alabama than in Michigan anymore. If it weren't for that, Notre Dame would be at the top of the list. But at least I have them in 2nd place.
