Bama is the favorite for 4* OT Jackson Lloyd from Cali. On the cusp of being a 5* on On3. He is a modern day unicorn since he is a very good basketball and baseball player also. Here is a quote from his coaches.

During his high school years, he played football, started at center for the basketball team and started as a first basemen for the Carmel baseball team. His coaches describe him best with one word. "Competitor," Carmel baseball coach Mike Kelly said. "He's an intimidating force and a super competitive person.” But his football coach, Golden Anderson, said he's also gifted in other ways. “He handles volume and applies information,” Anderson said. “He has the physical skills. He is still growing into his body. We brought him up to varsity as a freshman because we felt it would be better for his development. He was never overwhelmed.”

We made the final four of 4* CB Chuck McDonald from Mater Dei in Cali. We are recruiting their RB very hard also and of course, Bryce is a Mater Dei alum.

Too tall for center but man the skills and mental side I would think he would make a great one. Size wise definitely a tackle and looking to be a good one.

The center reference in the article is for basketball. Probably not quite tall enough for that ;). Currently projected as OT.

For the record though, he's the same height at Landon Dickerson, one of the best Centers we've had who also was an OT in HS and was projected as an OT to college as well.

Correct, he's a center in basketball.

Dakorien Moore (N1 WR) has decommitted from LSU. He is now projected to go to Texas. He has an offer from us. Let’s see if DeBoer can do magic and has enough $$$ for it.

The article on ESPN said he is not accepting any new offers from schools, so if we weren't one of the schools in his initial group, we're not in the running.

Needless to say, Texas has the money. If it were to come down to a simple bidding war for him, or anybody else for that matter, other than Oregon and maybe Texas A&M, I`m not sure who else could hang with Texas. Michigan or Ohio State....maybe?

We are getting a visit from top three RB 4* Akylin Dear who is currently committed to Ole Sis. Seemed star struck and respectful of DeBoer. Would be a great flip.

Dear is #2 RB on On3. Davison who we are also recruiting hard is #5. Current Bama commit Anthony Rogers is #7.

We are still in it for Bo Jackson as well. Turbo may actually be my favorite of the bunch regardless of ranking.
