The Good- Ryan Williams (nothing else)

The Bad- overall team lackadaisical attitude. The referees were really bad (missed calls, ball spots, review on targeting).

The Bad- was Pete Golding on the sideline. Preparation was awful. There is no way they watched game film. And his refusal to sub out Campbell or Lawson was a head scratcher. It looked like we using some hybrid form of zone and man. It stopped nothing. I’m officially not a fan of Womack!

The Good: Ryan Williams

The Bad: the refs and Coaches

The Ugly: Our fans who want to compare this to a Shula and Dubose staff in game 5 of year 1. Y’all do realize Saban lost to both UAB and ULM.
This is… different.

2000 LSU and 2007 Alabama were programs in the dumps.

2024 Alabama is a stockpile of NFL talent.

This was ugly. All ugly.

Postgame presser:

"Thought guys practiced well this week"
"Have a few things to work on this week"
"tip of hat to them got themselves into manageable 3rd downs"
"Continued to wear on our defense when we were out there so long"
"felt like would be in good spot at end and have good amount of time for us and it was a matter of getting the ball back"
"Maybe we should have onside kick but i felt good about kicking it and I still do now"
"win as a team; lose as a team. communication issue [on two #2's] that kept their drive alive"

Uh…. I don’t like the sound of that. At all.

He dropped 2 passes that would have extended drives - both of which ended in punts. Even Williams had a bad day.

Big plays are great, but Alabama got destroyed at the LOS today - by Vandy

This!

The good: Truth be told still love how they play offense... Even when they were still drunk from last weekend..... BUT

The bad: dropped passes, penalties, fumble, interception returned, and that 4th and 1 conversion touchdown by Vandy. Player attitude and preparedness, and coaching... Two #2s just to get scored on? Really

The Ugly:

The defense was just atrocious. They can't get off the field when it matters and not just in this game, but even more so up front where they aren't so young, are deep all around. Womack style isn't so much the problem IMO,I agree with the idea of a defense keeping things in front but the adjustments are not there. They need to be more multiple and sometimes play more big bodies on the line. Scheme up better pressure in the backfield. Felt like prevent all game, when truly they have everything they need in that front 7 to play whatever style is needed to dictate to the offense

"key is to turn frustration into positives moving forward" (about Malachi Moore being upset at end)

"own it as a team and get better"

DeBoer is very calm and kinda sounds like a pre-game presser rather than a presser where #1 Alabama was just destroyed up front by VANDERBILT
