Not reviewed but discussed. The ref that made the initial call probably saw the arm out by the Texas defender but not what took place just prior. I can see this being discussed and changed.

I had switched over to our game and then when I went back saw Texas in the red zone - then heard that DPI call was reversed. I was shocked to say the least!

I wonder if the fans throwing stuff on the field is what made them decide to change the call....

Yes. I forgot the discussion took place after the ref made the official call on the play. This could trigger bottle throwing in stadiums everywhere. They got the call right but oh my!
