It’s from the Stephen m smith guy so it’s 99.999% a false narrative for clicks to his lame website and awful YouTube videos. It all started bc he tweeted a “thanks Clemson” post and everyone thought he was jumping but then several players did it so it was just a post.

Far as I can tell is that Woods made a comment that could be taken many different ways but wasn’t definitive and everyone jumped to conclusions.

Stephen M Smith has caused more damage to the Alabama fanbase and Alabama team than any other reporter Ive ever known. I honestly have more respect for Joesph Goodman as a writer than Stephen M Smith.

I noticed he changed his twitter handle to imply he was a Coach. But with him I take everything with a grain of salt. Point is, I will believe he is out of ‘reporting’ about Alabama when I see it.

Yes it is fake news, he was thanking Clemson fans for their support. Some took it as he was leaving, some still with supposed ties to the family claim he is open to leave. I have no such ties , but I do have a friend that wears that putrid orange and she said Peter Woods has not said anything about leaving to anyone at Clemson , actually just the opposite, by all accounts he is excited about next year, he loves it at Auburn-with-a-lake. To me it’s a he said /she said and she is much more reputable than he is , with much better program connections. I will add, It is believed that Bama folks have made back channel overtures, staying within the gray area of the transfer portal. That can’t be confirmed though, it is gray. Probably all talk. We shall see in a few hours.

Remember Jamo, and Burton? They were not great at their previous teams but played pretty good at Bama, not saying he would play as well as them but dude was banged up this year so I think he could be a contributor if there's a need
