I like Germie. I’ll never truly criticize a player for trying to score but you MUST know the situation. He did the same thing at the end of the USCe game, and we almost lost because of it.

That would have been better, yes, but hard for me to criticize one of the few guys on offense that has played consistently clean football with great effort, not just this game but all season. He was trying to score and dang near did, probably would have if not for the trailing defender cleaning up the tackle.
