I suspect those above both might be the ones to read them both the riot actI don't know if Byrne is the guy to do that, he was gullible enough to hire debore, maybe it should come from higher up for both of them.

I won't blame anyone for leaving.I will be shocked if DeBoer holds the locker room together after that game. The next 5 days will determine his future at Alabama.
At the least the OC and OL coaches should be changed...............otherwise DeBoer might be shown the door if things dont improvethe pressure is going to be immense to make changes. Despite issue with QB and OL ... coaching staff did not adjust well.
See how Michigan played .. credit to their coaches to adjust to their shortcomings. Looked like we were attempting things we had failed consistently at without adjustments
I dont think Bama will lose alot.............if any. I think they are waiting to see how the new QB works, and yes I think Milroe is goneI won't blame anyone for leaving.
We lost 3 games after Vandy specifically because of how terrible a player MIlroe is at QB.
He's had like 12 Turnovers in that time while just wildly missing WRs and this Dunder headed HC we have WOULD NOT make a change to give this team a better chance at success.
I guess my take on it was that if this was your regular team with the regular amount of talent that's a reasonable approach. You give the OC one more year and see how it goes.I get it, but we have to have someone at QB who can run a capable offense before we can evaluate anything this season. Read Jess's write up on this game and season about how they had to cobble together 'stuff' to try to create an offense JM could kinda run. Literally almost everything they would want to do are things that JM can't, and JM doesn't do enough other stuff well enough for it to be a cohesive offensive approach.
I'm calling BS on that. Not a good look
Well, to be fair, we dont know if its true or not but if it did happen it is a bad lookI'm calling BS on that.
I also think they're well coached by Jamarcus Shepard. Heard somewhere he was a finalist for theYeah both he and Law were my favorite WRs this year.
I have an affinity for the WR group every year and watch them more closely than any other position group.
Germie is a fantastic route runner and has great hands.
Law did a lot of unnoticed dirty work and was a physical blocker and if a QB could get him the ball he's dangerous in space.
RW is one of the most naturally gifted WRs I've ever seen but he's needs to try and connect with Smitty for help on how to be more physical with a small frame.
He is a graduate and can transfer at any time. I think he either goes into the draft or has a transfer agreement in place with someone currently. I don’t think he comes back.I dont think Bama will lose alot.............if any. I think they are waiting to see how the new QB works, and yes I think Milroe is gone
I wouldnt give him the chance to waste another season.........needs another OCI guess my take on it was that if this was your regular team with the regular amount of talent that's a reasonable approach. You give the OC one more year and see how it goes.
But one more year of this much talent potentially wasted? On a guy that hasn't demonstrated any greatness as a coordinator? This is Alabama, not Indiana, and mind you even at Washington he wasn't given the OC job. I just hate the idea of another year of mediocre coaching and there's no question in my mind in general we saw some of that. Undisciplined play, other teams making better adjustments, etc...
Having said that, if that's the gamble DeBoer makes so be it but if it doesn't work out he'll have earned his spot on the hot seat as well.
I dont either...........He is a graduate and can transfer at any time. I think he either goes into the draft or has a transfer agreement in place with someone currently. I don’t think he comes back.
I've been mad since OU...lolI went for a 4.2 mile ruck. I am still mad.
Yep I'd make the switch, you couldn't do much worse.I wouldnt give him the chance to waste another season.........needs another OC
I wonder how much of it was Grubb sometimesThere wasn't a single Michigan receiver that played today that had over 134 yards on the season. The RBs that played had a combined 64 yards on the year.
DeBoer and this staff took what Saban built and destroyed it in 1 year. All the hype about his offensive mind and we saw zero evidence of it all year. You know what, if Milroe is that bad of a fit for your offense then you should have told him to hit the portal in the spring so you could install your playbook.
if Milroe comes back next year then I’m done with this coaching staff and Bama football until they are all out of Tuscaloosa. If Milroe leaves then DeBoer gets 1 more year to show me this amazing offensive mind.
Not in Tuscaloosa he won't....Hope is not kind. He will be playing college ball next year.
Too many have seen the real milroe behind the fake public persona and he will move on to a new group of admirers , these types never stay in one place very long.I dont either...........
With Milroe, the playbook only has about four plays in it...You had 1st and 10 at the 15 with two timeouts. Whole play book should be available. Yet you throw every time. SMH.
The more I see the more I think he was the straw that mixed the drink. On the other hand this offensive group was capable of making the best OC look like they were clueless..I wonder how much of it was Grubb sometimes
