I blame Snit, he never puts the right guy in at the right time. Montero should have never been the guy in the 8th, should have been Johnson from the start. Montero has been bad for the Barves and just shouldn't be used in close games unless you want drama.

Also, in the top of the 9th, just more stupid moves by Snit:

First, he pinch runs for Ozuna with Luke Williams but, then don't even attempt a steal against a pitcher that is known for having a slow delivery.

Next, he PH for Baldwin, who was 1-4 with 2 RBIs and 1 run scored. Baldwin, one of the hottest hitters on the team right now and the best avg. in the lineup that night (120 points better than Murphy, the pinch hitter). What makes this worse is that 2 batters later, with the go-ahead run at 2nd, he lets Harris hit, who has one of the worst averages in the lineup and was 0-5 on the night. Remove one of your best but not one of your worst. This is not the first time this year Snit has done this.

I'm hoping the return of Acuna can add a spark that's been missing. The one thing I'll give us minimal credit for is that we haven't thrown in our chips on the season just yet.
