If it is true, then that is really bad.
But I question the motives of "former" officers spilling the beans about ongoing investigations. What if the CIA/Justice Department was not ready to make this investigation public? He may have just hurt the entire process.
Also, I'm tired of people saying "just wait until this comes out" being treated as news. Months from now, if nothing comes out, no one will remember this segment, but right now, it is being treated as fact in some circles. It's basically drive-by rumor posting.
This reminds me of that scene in the movie “JFK,” where the woman says that Jack Ruby introduced her friend Lee Harvey Oswald of the CIA.
Sure he did. Undercover spooks go around revealing their identity to everyone. Even Clark Griswold had enough class when he was trying to score with Christie Brinkley to just say that he had once been in the CIA and he wasn’t any longer.
