Well you are talking about the same people who believes that Trump is a Christian when there is concrete evidence that he isn’t.
I can't buy that. It's too convenient for one thing. For another, his first scrape with the law saw him get away with far too much and according to the investigators, they were told to be careful because Epstien had intel connections. There's just too much smoke to ignore.
The lawfare and assassination attempts would suggest there's no bottom in the race to get rid of this guy, but the collateral damage from releasing that information would be too great. There's no question that too may people from both sides (DRINK!) would be irreparably damaged. And while Biden undoubtedly had no idea about any of this, his handlers sure did. If they couldn't pull the lever on this plan, there's a really good reason for it. (And honestly, I doubt Trump would be implicated anyway.)
Not trying to sound like Oliver Stone here, but IF it's true that Mossad's fingerprints are all over this, I would suggest that there are more than just political considerations at work. We're talking national security.

That is what really ticks me off. If there is/was no list, why the heck did she not say so months ago?

A lot of people are wondering this exact same question. Then there was the stunt with the binders handed out to influencers that contained approximately ZERO new information from what had already been released. Maybe the rock star treatment blinded her. Maybe she's just stupid; I don't know. She is rapidly becoming an albatross around the neck of Trump's movement.
Just be honest. If there is no list, say so.
If there is a list, but you have not yet gotten around to looking at it for release, say that. That is a little embarassing, but folks would understand.
Instead we just get an obvious lie which only serves to feed the conspiracy theory machine.
These people tell a lie when the truth would sound better...
She is doing and saying exactly what Trump instructs her to do. It's the same game plan he used for the election fraud crap, and everything he does; "just say it, the truth doesn't matter because our voters will believe us and nobody else."
Except that didn't happen. I don't know what Trump is trying to do, but the inconvenient truth is that his supporters are holding his feet to the fire. The whole "MaGa Is A cUlt" foolishness has been tested a LOT recently, first with the BBB and now this. There was also a ton of second-guessing regarding the tariffs because many of his supporters didn't understand them, but were listening to people who also didn't understand them, but spoke up about it anyway. There was a good bit of confusion there for a while. (With me, there still is. I admit it, but I'm not a Trumper, either.)
Reminds me of the late (great) Jerry Clower's declaration about Newgene Ledbetter:
"He'd climb a tree to get to tell you a lie when he could stand on the ground and tell the truth."
Well, this is why I could never work for Trump.
I could have worked in the GHW Bush administration, because he valued the help, treated them like family, and with the sole exception of "read my lips", you have to look really hard to find a memorable lie he told (yes, he told more, I know). He would never have sent me out to lie with knowingly false information nor would he have left me hanging after I did it in his name and it fell through.
Loyalty is always a one-way street with Donald Trump. And Bleached Baby Bondi instinctively knew to LIE when asked about the Epstein list and say she was right on it, and it's coming out soon. SHE KNEW THE DRILL for the Boot Lickers. You go out and assert you have this big surprise coming, that it's close at hand, judgment is nigh saith the Dark Lord Trump.
Then you gamble on everyone forgetting about it and hope you can just throw a little shade and the cult will fall in line and say, "Ah, yes Massa, can we have the Kool-Aid now?"

- Epstein case: Speaker Mike Johnson said he would shut down the House until September in order to head off Democratic demands for votes calling for the release of files from the investigation into Jeffrey Epstein, the disgraced financier and sex offender who was once friends with President Trump. Mr. Johnson said votes would end Wednesday night in what he called an effort to avoid “political games†related to the Justice Department’s handling of the files. The announcement came just after the House Oversight Committee voted to subpoena Ghislaine Maxwell, the longtime partner of Mr. Epstein, for a deposition.
