You're in the Jax area, is that right? I think you're gonna be fine, like Denis said, these weather patterns aren't like Irma.
And for us in SC as well...I hear NYC needs some rain!!!

It's warming back up here too, but we're having an unusual amount of rain for August. It'll be interesting to see if it continues through Sept. and Oct., also traditionally dry months...And the oppressive heat and humidity here continues......

Just had a pretty strong thunderstorm here in Charleston...lots of rain the last couple of weeks...even closed the golf course.
Was watching a weather forecast segment last night and the reporter said we have had 14 heat advisories so far this year - and the average per year is only 1.
Hard to believe because we've had some dang hot summers prior to this year - that's for sure!
The surf from Erin is supposed to hit us starting Tuesday so will post some photos....right now it's as flat as an ironing board....
