The Dolphins have 6 games left on their schedule. I just don't see how Saban could be a realistic possibility. I would love it, but I just don't see it happening.

I just saw on the news where Saban's agent denied having any contact with Bama officials. He also saud Saban is very happy in the NFL and called the idea (of leaving the NFL) 'ludicrous'.

Classy response yourself there, killer.

Tell me what you know about Mike Shula's work ethic that would justify characterizing him as "hard working," because from what I've heard, he could stand to pick it up in that department.

Do you think it demonstrates integrity to stagger suspensions of players who've violated team rules/the law in order to avoid putting your team at too considerable a competitive disadvantage? That's the very thing we'd crucify Phil Fulmer for--is it not?

How about having DJ Hall test his ankle prior to a game, only to declare him "suspended" once DJ lets it be known that he is physically unable to play?

In any event, my question about his "plusses" was directed towards things that will actually help us win football games--after all, I believe that's supposed to the primary objective of any team in a competitive sport.

Oh, and he's getting paid $1.55 million a year--I'm looking for a little more than "honesty" myself.

Interesting spin

The title of the article states Saban is not interested in UA job but in the text of the article it never says Saban is not interested. It only denies that Saban or Sexton were never contacted about the job. Paul Finebaum also had similar comments today about his conversation with Sexton. Sexton also told Finebaum no contact has been made.

Regardless, we are all going to have to be patient and wait to see what is going on until Monday. Rumors are flying rampant right now and no clue what is really going on.

I heard from a very reliable source that Saban is coming. No doubt about it.
