My Dad said that he seen a report on a Huntsville, AL television station where Coach Saban was upset with how the players were wearing their pants. He said Saban came in the locker room, turned around and dropped his pants, asked the players how it looked. He then proceded to tell them to start wearing their pants accordingly, pulled up, and not hanging down.

If this is the case, then kudos to Coach Saban. He needs to run the show the way he sees fit. I like the guy and I feel he has what it takes to bring the Tide back to where they to be, both on and off the field.

Is there any one out there that maybe seen this report? I am a huge Bama fan that lives in Trenton, GA. I get my local channels from Chattanooga, TN, and all they talk about is Big Orange. Yuck!

A big Roll Tide Roll! to all my fellow Bama fans. Football season is nearly here.

That is one of my biggest pet peeves, guys who don't pull up their pants. I see it all the time, at the mall, work, etc.

I havent seen this on the news but I have heard that it did happen from students on campus...and a relative who is a member of the REC told me that it happened as well, so I would take it as a true story.

i don't think there's anything wrong with them being themselves. they could wear the clothes however they want as long as they know when it's time to be serious.

Being themselves is one thing, but they represent a large university, a large fanbase, and a football team. I'd rather our players not look like slobs when presenting themselves. If a player where's his clothes however he wants, I'm guessing he won't be on the team long. In addition, if you're going to wear pants that sag and don't where a belt, why where them at all? You're not even covering up what pants are meant for. Sorry, being in ATL, it gets old.

There are so many stories running rampant now it's hard to keep up with them all from cell phones to draggy drawers. I'm sure some are true some aren't some may be exaggerated. There's really no telling.

All I can say is I hope he creates an atmosphere in which they represent the University of Alabama and carry themselves with the utmost Class and Pride.
