It was clear that he couldn't handle the pressure of being the QB at Alabama. He always looked uncomfortable and rattled on the field. Now he's transferring again, and it seems obvious he just can't handle pressure period. If he has to work for it, it isn't for him, or at least that's how I see it.

I agree with those that say Urban is an amazing coach, but I'm not sure that I would want him at Alabama for more than about 3 years max. I say that because he seems to really ignite excitement in his players and gets great results and championships pretty early on, but then it seems everything...

I think he realized what coach Saban did for him by giving him a job while he was going through a tough time, and he appreciates it. I am glad he is doing well in his new position, and maybe he can get a big time job offer if he keeps it up. Sent from my Pixel XL using Tapatalk
