The only way it matters is if Coach Saban plans to sign a full 25 this year in anticipation of attrition. I have had several people tell me that could actually happen.

I think LSU fans would be upset if JM went elsewhere, but, let's face facts - LSU is incredibly stacked at RB and looks pretty darned good at WR, as well. This team isn't going to be held back by any one recruit going elsewhere. If JM packs up and heads to USC or Alabama or, even if he stuns...

After the past weekend, I think Gibson and/or Brown are likely silent commits, and I think we more than likely get Corley as well... but, whether or not he is a silent commit is anyone's guess.

Saban is visiting Joe McKnight today. He is hoping to get McKnight to come in for an official on the weekend of 1/26.

Neither Rivals nor Scout really hassle you when you call to cancel, but, you do have to actually call which is kind of a pain.

He has a real tough road to get eligible. He may very well end up at JUCO, or hopefully, Hargrave. However, if he somehow gets eligible, I could see him getting some spot duty if he works his tail off. He certainly is an impressive enough physical specimen.

Marvin says that "might" try to get to Tuscaloosa for an unofficial. He likes Coach Steele. But, also said that Alabama was a definite longshot to land him.
