Also sounded like the OC and the OL coach weren't on the same page of what they wanted out of the run game. I also heard it looked like the offensive philosophy didnt have an identity. Just looked like we were picking plays out of a hat with no purpose.

Which is why I think it's very cool they added Klemm and the TE coach who not only understand teaching the positions, but both have run game coordinator experience.... I think it's a great opportunity for both Grubb and maybe even Kalen to learn how to implement the run game into their system moving forward.

What I heard on this interview is that Grubb doesnt know how to use the run run game in an offense and that coupled with Kap not knowing how to teach OL concepts that are effective passing or running. And to top it off we didnt have the personnel to do what they didn't know how to do.

It was a mess. May still be a mess if Grubb is coordinating it...

If he doesn't know how to use the run game then he has some issues
