Not going to lie, folks. Last year I watched Alabama football the least I have since the 80s. The year before that was the second least.
I tire of not knowing 2/3 of the players on the field. I tire of athletes jumping to the highest bidder. I can't blame them for living in the system, but it doesn't make much for being invested in a team.
From looking at the climbing ratings, a lot of folks disagree with me. And that's fine.
But, for me, I find myself drifting away from the unrecognizable sport I used to love.
Should athletes be able to make money? Yes. Should they be tied to a program but their coach is free to jump? No.
But this ain't the way, guys.
