96 years old and I don't think he ever did a movie I hated. He has had a pretty incredible career. No idea what he will do with himself during retirement.

Watched a rerun of his directorial debut last week...."Play Misty For Me". Then watched an interview with his girlfriend in the movie, Donna Mills. She talked about how good he was at knowing exactly what actors he wanted and what he wanted in every scene. And what a gentleman he was - very considerate and respectful to every one.

Some of his movies are just incredible. Do most people even know he produced and directed "American Sniper"?

I like that he doesn't yell on set. Instead of screaming "action", he just says "go ahead". No "cut" just a "alright that's enough."

Matt Damon once said Eastwood only gives actors One Take so he worked on his accent for 6 months for Invictus.

The first day on set he asked to do a 2nd take on a Locker Room monologue and Eastwood said “Why?… Do you want to just waste everyone’s time?”
