  • HELLO AGAIN, Guest! We are back, live! We're still doing some troubleshooting and maintenance to fix a few remaining issues but everything looks stable now (except front page which we're working on over next day or two)

Thanks for your patience and support! MUCH appreciated! --Brett (BamaNation)

if you see any problems - please post them in the Troubleshooting board!

The flip side to that is that the Big 10 has done everything to make sure its top teams make the playoff and get the bye...

Where as the SEC appears to have tried to kill us between our schedule and everyone having a bye before us.

Crazy... And now they've been suckered in to adding a 9th game.
I think the 9th game is all about money. I don’t argue it’s going to make things even tougher. I just believe it was ultimately done to bring in more revenue.

But we added two historic blue bloods and two massive schools with a ton of untapped potential. This is in addition to already being the toughest and deepest conference.

The Big Ten added…. Maryland and Rutgers? Nebraska is certainly a blue blood but everything that allowed that to happen has changed. They are now a blue blood in name only. That’s three absolute duds on any schedule.

Oregon and USC are legit, tough additions. Washington and UCLA are consistent underachievers.

All of that to say, the Big Ten does not even have to try to protect its best programs.
