I was a teenager when he started doing this but I still was secretly watching it. I found out later so were my friends. He was best Batman ever and it isn't close. RIP Mr. Conroy. You made a comic book hater a fan.

He and his mother and father were sent to a concentration camp where his mother and father were gassed and killed the first day. He wasn't and was freed in 1945. Amazing.

Thanks, Bill. I'm very saddened by this news. Too young.

Just last week I was at my local Walmart in the automotive/hardware section and this song came on the store's stereo and I commented to another patron what a great song this was and how much I enjoyed the music they play here.
