I don't think either is good enough to last, but time will tell.

He’s one of the Best NL CF’s of All Time.

I'm not even going to pretend to understand all baseball rosters moves, some of it goes over my head. From what I've read on Reddit this is mostly roster manipulation until the announce Fired being place on the IL, then Shuster is probably recalled. I still don't understand why we paid 1.4 for Luplow. Seems like money down the drain now.

Yeah, I have been hearing there is a strong possibility of a high profile pitcher and Grissom is one of the offerings along with Smith-Shawver.

Lorenzen and Rodriguez of the Tigers both appear to be on the “want” list by several teams. Don’t know if AA will get something done in terms of an additional starter.

I’m thinking starters like Lorenzen, Rodriguez or even Flaherty from the Cards might be a little too “rich for AA’s blood” as it appears Baltimore, Houston, Dodgers and possibly others are looking to shore up their rotations.

Could go after another arm for the bullpen I guess. I guess we’ll find out in the next few hours.

IMO the Mets would need to eat a bunch. Yes he is a proven commodity, but he is also 40 years old with a huge player option.

I still think that Flaherty is the most likely option for Atlanta if they do indeed land another starter.
