It will take a little time for teams/players/coaches to fully understand new rules like that and how to handle them. I like the rule though......and generally I'm not a big "rule guy".....

I don’t like the rule. Yeah, something needed to be done, but sometimes you don’t realize you are hurt right away, especially head injuries. If they insist on this rule then I hope they have medical spotters like the NFL that can stop the game at any time if they spot an injury they feel should be checked out.

That is the irony. The first time the rule was invoked, the guy suspected of faking an injury actually was injured, but did not realize it until the ball was spotted.

A really weird post-script of the ISU-KSU game was that a fight broke out in the parking lot.
Between Avery Johnson's (KSU QB) brother and Avery Johnson's father.

I bet Thanksgiving is going to be awkward ion the Johnson household this year.
