nice pickup for the Tigers
nice pickup for the Tigers
I believe it's Coach Burns who has watched him practice a few times. Back in the spring.Any reason why we never went after him??? I know Volger is good but he was rated below him??
Oh well can't get'em all~!~
If Bama would have offered, he would have come to the capstone. My understanding is Chad Lindsay and Travis are very good friends. Their fathers, Duff Lindsay and Dick Dickson, played together at Mississippi State.
I seriously doubt it. He's always been an LSU lock IMHO.
Dickson will follow his brother Richard, a senior tight end on the Tigers 2009 team.
“I’ve been talking to my family, and I really want to be at LSU, and I want to be able to focus on my senior season, so I thought it was time. “ Dickson said of his pledge.
A member of the ESPNU 150, ranked the #59 player in the country, Dickson had offers from all across the country. “I considered a lot of schools, but LSU felt right.â€Â

Travis is better than any tight end prospect or defensive end prospect that we have commitments from. Rated higher than any of them on Rivals or Scout. Check him out.
I always enjoy your updates on kids from south Mississippi, but I think the coaching staff just felt better with Brian Vogler and Harrison Jones. I think we'll be fine with those two, in addition to the other TEs will have on the roster in 2010. I wish Travis Dickson the best at LSU, except for a certain game every November.
