Aaron Johns Update

[It is what it is]

Just thought a few of you would be interested in knowing that Aaron has decided to get himself together and still work towards an education at Copiah Lincoln Community College. When I heard on the local radio here in Mississippi about #1 in the nation Pearl River getting upset by Co-Lin and heard Aaron Johns name, I knew it was one of our former players.

Here is to hoping he continues to have a great career and keep working hard on the education.

thanks, we just talking about him on the way back from the game last week. the fact that, the barn game was pretty tough when your 1 AND only rb left is a true freshman. and he wasn't as good as the freshman we have now.

good to hear he is doing well. he contributed and gave all he had when he was here and hope he can have a successful year.

So is he going to share time with Mike Ford next year, or will he be gone by then? As I understand it, Mike will redshirt this season and come to Alabama in the Spring of 2008 as a sophomore.

OMG. Im very thankful for Aaron to have some people who still care and pray for him. Im his gf, and i was just looking for some pics of him on the net and found this. He has been working very hard on the field and in school since he tranfered, and he is looking to transfer back to D1 college this coming up Dec. He has heard from some school, but he doesnt know where he is goona end up yet. I just would like to ask you to keep praying for him. Thank you so much.

I wish him every luck and good fortune. Sometimes there are too many distractions for young men away at college with the added pressure of playing D1 football. Hopefully, he can see what he lost and will strive to get it back.
