I dont think it is. I have seen alot of scans on different fan sites and on webshots.

I'm afraid...

you should take them down. It's really the same issue as file-sharing. Other folks created them and own them. Whether or not they'll seek to enforce those rights is another question. Also the question of whether or not such rights should exist, or in what form they should exist is beyond the normal issues of this forum...
