First thing would be to stop putting steel in it and either put nothing or non-ferric materials. Look at the unreinforced concrete Pantheon, centuries old and contemplate...
The only problem with doing that is concrete has little to no tensile strength, only compressive strength.
Translation: this would radically change the design of structures. It would be a huge change and require cost increases which would be extremely expensive.

Steel-reinforced buildings which turn out to have useful lives of far less than 100 years are pretty damned expensive also. There is currently a lot of research being done into various other metals which would be more economical over the long run...
