We walked past the trees last night on the way back to the car. The AU fans were standing about 3 deep around the barricade fencing that was around the trees and chanting "it is great to be an Auburn Tiger". The Bama fans that were walking through with us at this time began to chant "7 & 5, 7 & 5, 7 & 5".

Also the toilet paper that was end the trees were already there when we got to Auburn early on saturday morning. It was from the previous week's win vs Samford. They can't use fire hoses anymore to remove the toilet paper and now just let the wind and rain take care of the removal.

Well, my opinion and science clearly aren't going to agree with your opinion, so there's no point in continuing to argue it. Regardless, trace amounts does not equate to poisoning; it never has, and it never will. The amount of any substance that is considered harmful to humans is no longer considered "trace."
Regardless of whether the poisoning is harming the ground water or not, this was a stupid act by an ignorant person that unfortunately reflects badly on true Bama fans. To argue that it is not harmful to the groundwater totally misses the point.

IMO, its sad that it came down to this because if an isolated action by a jerk last year.
Updyke or no Updyke, those fools would have gathered around that stupid tree regardless. Like we dont have better things to do than to roll your tree?

For me personally, once the game was over, I got out of Dodge! I didnt want anything to do with that stinking town aside from seeing my team kick the crap out of them!

a Bama fan rolled the trees and got arrested. dude couldnt believe it. i couldnt either.
At least they tackled someone with Crimson on. That's the only way anyone from the barn stopped us yesterday.

They showed the trees during the game and there were a few pieces to paper in them then. Must have been leftover from last week. Do they really roll the trees when they beat an FCS team, even one coached by one of their all time heroes?
I guess so. They did it after the Utah State game too. A friend told me it was a great thing and when I said "Bama fans would be ticked at this outcome" he tried to bring up La-Monroe. I told him the day we needed Saban's players to come from behind against a team like that we would be ready to fire him, not celebrate. He didn't like that too much and wouldn't talk to me.
