I think LSU conversions of third down in the second half, really helped keep our offence out of sync until the last two drives. If we had Jennings on one of those third and longs, I think the offence gets on track earlier.

All in all, the breaks seemed to even out. They had two hold on White that would probably have led to TDs if they were called. They had some dropped balls and overthrows as did we.

The only thing that annoys me about Danielson is that when we win, he focuses so much on the negative. I don't know if he always does that. But he kept on talking about Jenning's running for a first down or the contact in the end zone. When the game is over, I think most of the commentary should be about what the victors did right.

Our DBs played the way the should, once they figured out how the game was being called. They got away with far more than we did. (As usual when we play there.)

Fact is, they can't finish against us at home the last two times we've played there. We basically got out played for much of the second half in 2012 as well; but they couldn't put us away and we rose to the occasion when it counted most. That's what winners do. ;)

I wonder if that plays was inspired by the play Georgia did on the fake punt against us in the SEC championship game. But it was the perfect time to call the play.

Jones is very, very good. If he plays, we will all be happy with the results.
 
My heart is not going to be able to take many more like this one.

We had the ball for 3 plays in the 3rd quarter, I think. A team usually wins with LSU's time of possession. Our DEFENSE HUNG-IN-THERE even after having been on the field for 38+ minutes + OT. I hope they have enough left for Mittittippi Tate!

I DVR'd the game with an extra 30 minutes. Well, the game lasted about 4 hours and 10 minutes. So that DVR will NOT show who won the game.

Never give up on the Crimson Tide until the clock ticks 0:00! And if they go to OT, still never give up even when all hope is lost even with a fumble inside your own 10 yard with a little over a minute left. I'm sure glad we didn't burn any time-outs in the 2nd half like we've done in other games.

Against Mittittippi Tate, we need to CONTROL the CLOCK and stop their QB and #13, the bowling ball who doesn't go down easily.

Our DEFENSE needs some REST this week!

it never gets old, I just watched this on its loop like 30/40 times. Mods, can we add this in the No LSU Fans allowed on the board sticky at the top of the football board so we can review it at any point and time??? Please oh please?
