A lot of coaching opportunities here, the gutting thing being they come after the loss instead of after a close one. I would have loved an FG to go in, but they didn't, but neither did Moseley have a great game, the O-line was patchy, the secondary escaped broken coverages multiple times until finally they got burned at the end, the false starts and garbage penalties really hurt.

Bama showed up with 80% and the Barn showed up with 105, and you can't do that against the #4 team.

RTR! Heaven help the poor schmucks who draw us for the bowl game.

At 11-1, we'll still likely go to the Orange or Fiesta. Wherever we go, this game is now in the past and can't be changed. See what lessons we can learn from it and send out our seniors in the way they deserve in January!

I believe you are wrong the only bowl game we can go to is the Sugar Bowl if we are ranked high & have maybe one lost. Now unless someone wants to prove me wrong?

Me too brother. I am still in the denial phase I think.... It definitely hurts. What makes it worse is receiving text like "Sorry Bama" from FSU fans. That is life I suppose. I am a Cowboy fan too so I am use to disappointment.

First: Go OSU and FSU. Those two teams win out, Auburn will be locked out. Knowing those booger eating goobers, it won't matter.

Second: Even in defeat, the difference between Alabama and Auburn is that Bama doesn't need luck to beat Auburn, the Tigers do.

Third: So college football will have a non-sec Nat'l Championship game. It could be cool to see.

Roll Tide anyway! We had our chances to put this game out of reach, but didn't take care of the little things. Life does go on and the Sun will come up in the morning.

Hats off to the barn they simply outplayed and out coached us. I smelled this upset several weeks ago, but we have had a great run and it had to end eventually. I hope some on here will learn the meaning of humility from this loss, regroup and stay behind the coaches and players.

While we could have won, we didn't play well enough to deserve it. As a fan, this will hurt for a while. Those guys wearing crimson in the locker room will hurt a lot longer than those of us that were watching. The higher you climb, the greater the pain when you fall. We'll be back.

This. We didn't play our best game today. But, life goes on. I love the Tide coaches and players just as much as I did before this game started! We will be back!! RTR!!

What you say is true. We should have taken the game when we had our chances. However, I still say that the play they tied the score on is illegal. Linemen can't run block down the field and then still pass the ball. It doesn't matter though because they didn't call it. Therefore, they get the win, and we get nothing but excuses.

Yep, I had more issues with that than with Marshall being across the line. Some of the linemen were definitely down field when Marshall threw the pass. But we had our chances (several) and we blew it every time. That is inexcusable. Hats off to Auburn and Gus Malzahn. I hope now Bama fans will give him the respect he deserves because the man is an outstanding football coach.

Don't really get the whole "outcoached" business. Outmuscled? Sure. Outcoached? Not seeing it.

I don't think we got out coached, but we sure got out executed several times. And why not run that play action fake to Fowler on 4th and 1 when the barn has everybody up there to stop the dive. This just sucks bigger than anything. I can't believe we lost to that bunch of thugs. Krymsonman
