Florida does look great right now, but thats also their problem. Florida seems to always have a problem with peaking too early (see last year, or almost any year) Georgia hasn't peaked yet, but are starting to look better and better each week. We haven't peaked yet either. UGA is getting better each week and has the revenge factor. I'd much rather play UF in the SECGG because by then, UF will be on the downward side of their "peak"

I agree, but the fact that we could only muster 17 pts against this bunch and UF layed 63 on them--that is bewildering to say the least...

Though I know Florida probably has as many, if not more playmakers than Georgia...I really think we match up better with Florida.

Georgia IMHO has the stronger passing game. With Cody back in the middle, I think we can contain Florida's running game and make Tebow win it through the air.

Nope, he said that if Penn State beat Ohio State they would play for the National Championship. He's basing that on the high degree of likelihood that one of Alabama or Texas will have a loss in addition to the high degree of likelihood that Penn State will finish undefeated. Just based on the games left on the calendar his statement correctly plays the odds. Right now the odds tend to favor Penn State making it to the game. None of that matters though if we continue to win. Right now we control our own destiny. If PSU was going to jump us without us losing this was their weekend to do it and it didn't happen.

The line is 24.5 points. I'd think we will meet and exceed that.

Don't overlook the TX vs TXtech game this weekend. Everyone's acting like TX is unbeatable but I think the RedRaiders will come in with it all out on the table and could pull the upset. I would love to see a Bama/Penn State matchup from days gone by!

If Alabama can win the Southeastern Conference without a single loss, they'll be ranked #1 going into the National Title game. Mark my words.
